- Volunteer to go door to door in support of an issue or politician

An extrovert is someone who is typically outgoing and thrives off of interaction. They enjoy the company of others and enjoy social settings. They recharge from social interaction and don’t like or need a lot of alone time. They problem-solve by talking out problems or questions.
A bridge builder is someone who feels that the best way to move an issue forward is to look for common ground between two sides of an issue. The basic principle behind bridge building is the pursuit of compromise in order to make lasting change.
